This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be requested, how they are calculated, and when refunds do not apply.

By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility & Timeframes

a) Initial Cooling-Off Period

Clients may request a 100% refund if:

  • The project is canceled within 24–48 hours of payment, and
  • No onboarding, discovery, or production work has started

Once work has commenced, refunds are subject to the service-specific terms below.

b) Refund Request Deadline

All refund requests must:

  • Be submitted in writing
  • Be sent to billing@arbdigital.pk
  • Be made within 7–14 days from the service start date or payment date (whichever applies)

Requests made after this period may not be eligible.

c) Consumer Rights Compliance

Where applicable, we respect local consumer protection laws, including:

  • UK / EU digital service cooling-off principles
  • Region-specific statutory rights that cannot be waived

Nothing in this policy limits rights required by law.

2. Service-Specific Refund Structure

Because our services are labor-based and milestone-driven, refunds are calculated based on work completed.

a) Web Design & Development Projects

Refund eligibility follows a milestone model:

  • 100% refund — Before design or development work begins
  • 50% refund — After initial concepts, wireframes, or mockups are delivered
  • 0% refund — Once development is in progress, staging is live, or final assets are delivered

Approved milestones or accepted deliverables are considered completed work.

b) SEO & Monthly Retainer Services

  • Monthly SEO, marketing, or consulting retainers are non-refundable once work has started
  • If canceled mid-cycle, a prorated refund for unused days may be considered at our discretion
  • Completed deliverables and reporting periods are non-refundable

c) PPC & Advertising Management

  • Advertising spend (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is strictly non-refundable
  • Platform fees are paid directly to third-party providers and cannot be recovered
  • Management fees are non-refundable once campaigns are live or work has begun

3. Explicit Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after milestones are approved
  • Failure to achieve specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes
  • Performance impacted by third-party factors (algorithm updates, platform policy changes)
  • Client delays, lack of cooperation, or failure to provide required assets
  • Violations of agreed timelines or scope changes requested by the client

4. Refund Process

a) How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be sent to:

  • Project name
  • Payment reference
  • Reason for request

b) Review & Processing Timeline

  • Requests are reviewed within 5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds are issued only via the original payment method

c) No Cash Refunds

For security and fraud prevention:

  • Cash refunds are not issued
  • Refunds cannot be redirected to alternative accounts

5. Chargeback & Dispute Protection

We encourage clients to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension
  • Documentation of work completed, communications, and approvals may be submitted to payment processors
  • Disputes initiated without prior communication may be contested

6. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational or legal changes.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
